7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration is liable for the intentional disclosure of

the User's Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, except as provided in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Website Administration will not be liable for the loss or disclosure of Personal Data if such confidential information:

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are subject to applicable law.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy

without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
